Once your order has been placed and the transaction has been completed you will receive two emails. The first is from paypal.com verifying your payment. The second is an automated response from Mystical Illusions confirming that your order has been received.
If you do not receive both confirmations, please verify with paypal.com and/or your credit card company that your order has been processed and payment accepted. Additionally, please verify that your payment was sent to order@mysticalillusions.com
If you receive only one email, please contact us to verify that your order was received by our server.
I do not have a paypal.com account. Can I still order online?Yes. You do not have to have a paypal account to process your credit card through paypal.com. For more information please visit the paypal.com website
I like to browse online but I do not like entering my credit card information. Can I order through the mail? Yes. You can order anything from our website through the mail.
